NCCAF 2016 will run Monday, Feb. 1 through Sunday, Feb. 14.
Submitted sketch acts and standup comics will be considered for the entire run. Local improv acts will be considered for the entire run. Improv acts from outside North Carolina will be considered for Feb. 11–14. NCCAF performance slots vary. Minimum 25 minutes for improv and sketch; standup sets range from 10-15 minutes (out of town comics who are accepted will receive two shows; local comics will receive one show, and may be booked to host additional shows).
No feature acts are compensated for festival performances.
Once your act has submitted — and has been accepted — you will be asked to register your act (all members) as official festival participants. Participant registration begins October 18. Fee breakdown below. IMPORTANT NOTE: Submission review fees and participant registration fees are two different charges. NCCAF may offer registration fee discounts for artists appearing in multiple segments of the festival. All acts must remit submission review fees.

PLEASE NOTE All NCCAF submission fees (per ACT) and registration fees (per ARTIST) are non-refundable. Festival staff will not accept individual registration payments from members of multi-person acts.
