Ed Hill

Originally from Taiwan, Ed is an emerging young comic who moved to Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada 18 years ago, thinking he was on vacation at his father's discretion.

Ed has performed all over Western Canada and is a regular guest at his home club, Lafflines Comedy Club. He has appeared at The Comedy Mix in Vancouver, Louie Anderson Theater in Las Vegas, The Laugh Factory & Comedy Store in LA, and Bite TV’s “Stand Up & Bite Me” program. He was also invited to perform on the True Story Show at the Parlor Live Comedy Club, the Dallas Comedy Festival, World Series of Comedy, the Vancouver Global Comedy Festiva and many more.

Ed has worked with comics such as Louie Anderson, Kyle Cease, Ruben Paul, Azhar Usman, Joe Wong, The Trailer Park Boys and musical acts such as Jurassic 5, Jin, Dan the Automator, and many other talented individuals.

In addition to his comedy, Ed has a M.Ed in Counselling Psychology. He is also a professional DJ, a music producer, the founder of Open Mic for Autism, a concert pianist, a prolific writer, and an avid graphic artist.

Ed is still currently on vacation with his potato-like dog.
