The Whethermen

The Whethermen are the oldest performing improv comedy troupe at the University of Virginia. Since 1997, they have performed long- and short-form improv in two mainstage shows each semester. The Whethermen also perform many gigs throughout the year around UVa, the Charlottesville community, and the region, and are regular participants in the North Carolina Comedy Arts Festival.

The Whethermen love to try out new improv formats; some pieces they have performed recently are Harold, Armando, dual monologists, La Ronde, the Bat, and deconstruction. They also like to make videos, which you can view at www.youtube.com/whethermencomedy.
