Mike Brown Solo Improv Extravaganza

The Mike Brown Solo Improv Extravaganza is a live improvised comedy show, meaning that everything you see and hear is 100% completely made up on the spot. It's fast and entertaining because nobody knows whats going to happen next, especially Mike!

To set this show apart, the Mike Brown Solo Improv Extravaganza is a one man show. It is designed so that Mike doesn't just think for his own character onstage, he also has to think, act, and react for the rest of the characters he is portraying in that moment.

The show started in 2009 when a small group of Mike's friends planted the thought of doing a solo improv show in his head. After successfully testing it out at The P.I.T.'s "Improdome" in NYC, Mike continued playing with this form around New York, as well as various clubs throughout the United States, until the "Mike Brown Solo Improv Extravaganza" was conceived and a new genre was reinvented.

Currently under the direction of Alan Fessenden
