Ian Fidance is a comedian hailing from Wilmington, Delaware. In February 2011, at the age of 26, Ian Fidance began his career in stand up comedy. He immediately hit the ground running and became heavily involved in the Philadelphia comedy scene, where he is currently a host at the Laff House on South Street. Within the first two months of performing relentlessly, he entered a contest with 64 other comedians in Philadelphia and ultimately came in 3rd in the first annual Philadelphia Comedy March Madness Competition. He has since worked in New York City, performing multiple times in alternative rooms and larger clubs throughout the city.
Most recently he secured a hosting spot at the legendary Carolines on Broadway and was a featured comedian in the 2012 North Carolina Comedy Arts Festival. In early 2012 he won first place at the LOL@TheGrand Comedy Series in Wilmington, Delaware and will be featuring for a nationally recognized headlining comedian within the coming year. He currently splits his time between performances in Philadelphia, New York, New Jersey, and Delaware, performing up to five nights a week. With a strong set of goals and an unmatched work ethic, Ian Fidance comes alive on stage. For him, stand up comedy is not just a career, but a calling.
