LaTice Mitchell-Klapa

LaTice was born and raised in the suburbs of South Jersey and has turned the challenges of being black in a white neighborhood into comedy. Her conversational style makes you feel like you’re in her living room laughing about interracial marriage, being a parent, reality TV, ridiculous commercials and her day-to-day encounters.

Funny LaTice will pull you right into her world the minute she steps on stage, with her zest for life and positive energy. She has crowds laughing out loud until she says goodnight.

LaTice appeared on ABC's The View for their Hilarious Housewives contest. She was accepted into the The Brokerage Comedy Club's March Madness and made it to the Elite 8, from the original 64 comedians. She won a spot into the Stand up 360 Comedy Festival in New York, April 2012. She'll compete in the Fall. Competed in the World Series of Comedy in Raleigh NC, of 2012, after being selected from hundreds of submissions. She was picked as one of the 101 Comedians to compete in the MAIN EVENT for The World Series of Comedy in Las Vegas 2012! The competition took place at the Tuscany Hotel & Casino.
