I'm Different, Not Dumb

"I'm Different, Not Dumb" is a one-woman show written and preformed by Chicago based comedian Ali Clayton. Ali was born, raised and attended learning disability school in Durham, NC. In "I'm Different, Not Dumb" Ali uses stand-up, sketch, and video interviews to recount the difficulties she faced growing with Dyslexia and ADHD.

Ali's stand-up and sketch comedy has been featured at Cape Fear Comedy Festival in Wilmington NC, Laugh Track Comedy Festival in Denver CO, The World Series of Comedy, TBS Just For Laughs Chicago in 2010, 2011, and 2012. Ali was also very excited to be a top 10 performer in NBC's stand-up for diversity in NY.
